Helpful hints
Username is your last name. If your last name doesn't work, try (a) first initial and last name, with no spaces, or (b) first name and last initial, with no spaces. Or please contact Pam if you still can't login.
Password is usually your APA number, but in very few cases, it may be your APA number with your lowercase first and last initials appended at the end.
