Upload: March 24, 2017We are pleased to report that Nancy Novak has accepted the position as our new Executive Director, replacing Mary Ann Awad. While Mary Ann’s departure is an unfortunate loss for OCPS, we are supportive of her decision to pursue her career and thank her for her services over the past year. We would like to take this opportunity to introduce you to Nancy.

Nancy earned her B.S. degree in Business Administration, Finance, from California State University, Northridge, and subsequently studied interior design at UCLA. She has her own management company, Nancy Novak and Associates, in which she works as Executive Director for non-profit organizations. Nancy is currently the Executive Director of the Chartered Financial Analyst Society of Orange County, a professional association of investment managers and securities analysts who have earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.  Nancy has been with them for six years.  Previously, for 19 years, she managed her own business importing furniture from overseas manufacturers.  Prior to that she worked in commercial and investment banking, providing financing to medium-sized manufacturing and distribution companies.

We are very fortunate to have Nancy provide services to us as our Executive Director. We are confident that with Nancy’s many years of experience and expertise in management, OCPS will continue to thrive and grow as an outstanding district branch.
